I used to be a huge fan of the place. I bought 2 scooters, spent money getting them kitted, serviced. Sent numerous friends there. Unfortunately in 2006 things seemed to go downhill. I wasn't…

Terribly friendly staff. Knowledgable, approachable, and smart. It's right across the street from the Pecos Street "Denver Urban Garden." Which is neither here nor there, but I like the fact that I…

Just to update...I finally was able to pick up my scooter the other day, and it's been a blast. It took a month, which is not a reflection on Sportique. Scooters are ridiculously scarce these days,…

The folks at the Pecos location were HOPPING busy today, but they all had smiles and were VERY friendly and helpful. Even though they were busy, they took their time with us and did not rush us…

Dropped six Gs in two weeks there. Val, the retired-professor-cum-scooter-saleswoman is awesome. So's Cassie. In fact, everyone we dealt with seemed to really love their job and wanted to help people…

Sportique took my scooter in the spring of 2007. It turned out that the engine had been blown and that we needed a replacement engine. They found a replacement and it took 5 months to put it in the scooter. When we got the Scooter back, it was scratched, missing its rear basket, and the battery was dead. The people at Sportique denied any responsibility for the scooter's condition and were out of a battery and baskets. When the battery finally arrived, we had to convince them that, in fact, they had killed the battery and that we deserved a new one. They had "tossed" the rear basket and kept talking about the time frame that it took for us to get back to them. All in all, they ruined the scooter, took no responsibility, and kept it all summer last year. They never returned phone calls or e-mails and made us feel like we were in some way responsible. Horrible, and I will never go back!

Sportique is a great place to not only get a scooter, but also to get it serviced. Much less pretentious than other stores of this nature and they often have cool, used ones for great deals. I took…

Scoot yourself on over to this retro looking shop for the fun yuppy scooter that you love to hate. Sportique couldn't be based in a sketchier neighborhood... Mine! Located in the East Highlands,…
